1: Power Snatch (5-5-5-5-5)
Power Snatch 5 x 5 – Rest 1:30 after each set.
Perform these as five singles with a reset each rep. These should be done around 65% of your max. No misses.

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Climbing up the ladder for 14 minutes:
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16…
– alt. KB Snatch 32/24//24/16kg
– alt. Pistols
– HSPU
On alternating movements each rep counts.
Scaling Option:
Pistols: Step Back Lunges x 2!
HSPU: HR Push Up x 2!
Dumbbells optional.
