400m Run

5-15 HSPU or 15 Dumbbell/Kettlebell S2OH medium weight.

Run in teams.
Start 1 Round every 3:30 minutes.

2: Metcon (Weight)

Every 2 min. x 7

9 Deadlifts

6 Hang Cleans

3 Jerks

+ 10 Burpees over bar lateral.

You choose the weight. Choose a weight that will let you manage 7 rounds every 2 min.

Scale burpees if needed.
