Core Conditioning:

4 Rounds of:

20 sec. Chin Up Hold

10 sec. Rest

20 sec. Superman Rocks

10 sec. Rest

CONDITIONING

Choose either one. This is a high intensity conditioning. Light weights move superfast. Choose a wod that let´s you move unbroken for several rounds.

15/12 Cal. Bike or Row (your choice)

12 Power Snatch 35/25//25/17kg

9 TTB

1 athlete completes a full round then switch.
