CrossFit Salzburg – Kurs

1: Metcon (Weight)

12 min. to establish a heavy complex of:

1 Power Snatch

+ 1 Overhead squat

+ 1 Snatch Balance

+ 1 Hang Squat Snatch
This session is all about technique.

Do not suffer form for weights.

2: Metcon (Weight)

EMOM x 21:

Min 1: 7 Hang Squat Snatch (you pick the weight)

Min 2: 10 TTB

Min 3: 50 Double Unders //25Dubs/75 Singles
Pick a weight for Snatches which you can handle over the course while managing the TTB and Double Unders every minute on the minute.

Power Snatch + OHS is fine.
