1: Snatch (3-3-3-3-3 @ 70-75% 1 RM)
Work in teams!
Warm Up to 70-75% 1RM Triples.
On the coaches call perform 5 x 3 every 90 sec.
These are Touch and Go Reps!
2: Snatch Pull (3-3-3 @ 80% 1 RM)
immediately after your final Snatches load weight and do
3 x 3 Snatch Pulls every 60 seconds.
3: Metcon (Time)
