Metcon (Time)

„Bulletproof Shoulders“

In teams of 2 or 3 athletes (related to Mainpage 171018)

For time:

120 push-ups

100 dips

80 handstand push-ups

60 Floor presses,

40 jerks

20 push presses

Weights: 70/50//50/35kg scale as needed.

Time Cap: 30 min.
Scale and modify movements to a progression where you can do at least 10 unbroken reps. in your warmup.

Scaling Option: Push Ups on knees, modified dips (banded or use box), HSPU to pike Push ups on box.
