CrossFit Salzburg – Kurs

1: Hang Squat Clean (15 min to establish a 1 RM)

2: Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

EMOM x 18

Min. 1: 7 Squat Cleans 60/40//40/25kg

Min. 2: TTB *

Min. 3: 50 Double Unders //25 Dubs/50 Singles

Score: Toes To Bar or Hanging Knee Raise.

Rx+: 70/50kg
You pick the number on TTB for each round.

The Goal is to get as many TTB while managing the Cleans and Dubs every minute on the minute.
