Scale weights as needed. Back Squats shouldn´t be broken up to anymore than 2 sets.

Rx+: 70/50kg
After the time Cap. expired rest 5 min then start “2”.

2: Metcon (Weight)

Within a 10 min. time window.

then

set of 10 unbroken S2OH

you choose the weight for each set.
Score: Total weight of set 30´s, 20’s and 10’s.
