CrossFit Salzburg – Kurs

1: Power Clean (12 unbroken Power Cleans)

Within a 10 minute window complete

12 unbroken Power Cleans as heavy as possible.

Then 9 unbroken Power Cleans as heavy as possible.

At last 6 unbroken Power Cleans as heavy as possible.

Rest as needed in between sets.

You choose the weight for each set.

2: Power Clean (9 unbroken Power Cleans)

3: Power Clean (6 unbroken Power Cleans)

4: Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 Rounds:

Every 4 minutes complete the following for time.

25 WallBalls 20/14lbs.

15 Box Jumps 60/50cm

10 HSPU or 10 Burpees

Each Round is capped at 3 min.
Scale weight of MedBall and height of Box if needed.

Score: time or time + 1 sec. / missed Rep.
