For as little sets as possible:
15 Ring Muscle Ups
up to 30 Banded Ring Muscle Ups
Complete 15 Ring Muscle Ups by breaking them into as little sets as possible. e.g.: 1×15, 3×5 etc.
Work in teams. Rest as needed between sets.
10 min. time window.
2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2:
AMRAP 20 min. of:
100 Cal. Row
100 Front Squats 60/40//40/25kg
100 KB Swings 32/24//24/16kg
100 Cal. Assault Bike Optional.
