*after each set accumulate a 20 sec. L-Sit on Rings, KB or Boxes!

weights: 60/40//40/25kg

Rx+: 70/50kg

Time Cap: 20 min.
No Racks: Barbell is taken from the ground.

Sets must not be completed unbroken. Partition sets as needed.
