2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM for 10 minutes:

10 Pull Ups

Rest 2 min.
Goal: stay unbroken for as long as possible.

3: Metcon (Weight)

EMOM for 10 minutes:

6 Clean & Jerks (you choose the weight approx.50- 60% of 1 RM)
You choose the weight approx. 60% of 1 RM.
