Buy In 2017m Row
2017kg Power Snatch
(20+17) 37 strict HSPU or ((20+17) x 1,5) 55 kipping HSPU or ((20+17) x 2) 74 HR Push Ups
Time Cap: 35 min.
In teams of 2 or 3 athletes complete all tasks for time. Only 1 athlete working at a time.
Partition reps. anyhow.
After a 2016m Row buy in, complete 2016kg Power Cleans. e.g.: you choose a 40kg barbell. 2016 / 40 = 50 Reps.
The weight has to remain the same for Front Squats and S2OH!

Again choose your weight for the Snatches. e.g.: you choose a 30kg barbell. 2017 / 30= 67 Reps.
The weight has to remain the same for OHS. (If you can´t do OHS for whatever reason do Back Squats x 2)

37 strict HSPU or 55 kipping HSPU or 74 HR Push Ups.
Score: total weight completed.
