Scale weights as needed
1: Squat Snatch (1-1-1-1-1 heavy and excellent)
Build up to a heavy Squat Snatch then take 5 x 1 resting at least 1 min. between attempts.
Goal is to hit each of the 5 Snatches with no misses.
Heavy and solid technique.
If you are not familiar with Squat Snatches yet, a Power Snatch followed by a OHS is fine.
