2: Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM x 20

Min.1: 21/17//17/12 Cal. Row or Ass Bike.

Min.2: 10 Front Squats 50-60% 1 RM

Min.3: 10-15 HSPU or 2-3 Wall Walks

Min.4: 3-5 Bar Muscle Ups or Shoot Throughs on Boxes*.

Min.5: Rest
Although there is no measure on this session be consistent and choose a scary number!

*Shoot Through: Push Up-Shoot Through-Dip-Shoot Through.

The lower the box the better!
