1: Metcon (Time)

Hand Stand Balance Practise for 10 minutes.
Work in teams.

Go for a max. attempt of a free Standing Hand Stand.

Scale as needed. Against a wall taking 1 foot off the wall.

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 min. AMRAP of:

8 DL 100/70//70/45kg

24 Double Unders or 12 Dubs//36 Singles

Rest 5 min.

3: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 min. AMRAP of:

8 1-arm Thrusters KB 24/16//16/12kg

8 Burpees

Switch arms after each round.

Scale weights as needed. DB optional.
