Weightlifting

10 min. to build up to 1 heavy complex of:

1 Power Snatch

1 Hang Squat Snatch

1 OHS
heavy & excellent.

If you are not familiar with Hang Squat Snatches yet, do 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1OHS.
