20 sec. Bent Over Barbell Row. @ moderate weight

20 sec. Rest

2: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2:

10 Rounds of:

10 Front Squats 61/42,5//42,5/25kg

10 TTB

50 Double Unders /25 Dubs or 75 Singles

Time Cap: 20 min.

A:FS,B:TTB,A:DUBS,B:FS… for 10 rounds as a team
Scale weights as needed.

Go for Double Unders even if you do them one by one. Scale the number down to 10-15 if needed so you got a chance of making the time cap. of 20 minutes.
