1: Hang Squat Clean (5-4-3-2-1 climbing)

warm up doing triples to around 50%1 RM, then peform 5-4-3-2-1 climbing on each set. heavy and good form.

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 8 min:

alternating 1-arm DB snatch 22,5/15kg

EMOM 7 Burpees.
