Deadlift (1 DL @ 80% every 30 seconds for 10 minutes,)

Quickly Warm Up to 1 heavy Rep.

On the coaches call do 1 Deadlift every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.

If completed successfully 13.09.2016, add 2,5-5kg compared to last time!

Work in teams of 3 at same strength level.
