Deadlift (1 DL @ 80% every 30 seconds for 10 minutes)

Quickly Warm Up to 1 heavy Rep.

On the coaches call do 1 Deadlift every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.

Work in teams of 3 at same strength level.

Important: Pay attention to the “forgotten lift”- lowering the weight with excellence!
