Description:
Every minute on the minute you will do 1 round of Cindy.
If you cannot complete the prescribed reps. inside one minute. Rest the next minute
and then do Emom 15/12 Burpees. If you cannot complete all the burpees inside 1 minute . Rest the next minute and do Emom 15/12//12/10 Cal. Row. If you cannot complete all prescribed reps. inside one minute you are finally dead.
Score: Total reps.
If 25 rounds of Cindy is a piece of cake for you start with 5 C2B, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats.
C2B gets 2 credits per rep. (so 1 round is 35 Points!)
