Technical advices are reserved to coaches only. Athletes are in charge of supporting each other. Be loud, yell, scream, stick around after class, cheer and push your fellow athletes.
ARRIVE EARLY
Being on time is a matter of departure. Be prepared and organised. In case you run late, please, never interrupt a class. You take away precious practise time from your fellow athletes. Simply take the next class.
