back in the Gyms at CrossFit Code 3 for the Triple 3. When Warming Up I was watching a coloured Guy working Out. Squat Cleaning 285 LBS. For Reps. followed by 10 Ring Muscle UPS that Looked like recovery from the Bar. I thought O.K. I really Need to change my Training if an average CrossFitter over here does stuff like that in ease.
Fortunately it turned Out that the Guy I was watching was Elijah Mouhammed. Remember the Guy flying up the Ropes Setting an Event Record in Regionals Event 7, Still falling Short 3 Points of making the Games, Finishing 4th Overall in a highly competitive South East Region. By the Way Elijah is part of NFLPA Team New York Rhinos.
Still Not a Bad Thing raising the Bar a Little higher every DAY…
