ACD 2014 UPDATE:

IMPORTANT

 Finalists reporting to register at the venue Friday, Oct. 10th. 2014 must bring the following documents.

  1.  Champions Day Finals Registration Confirmation, which got your name and your registration ID on it.
  2. Valid ID, such as driver´s license or passport.

If you miss to bring these documents you will not be eligible to register!

8-12 Min. Goblet Squats 32/24kg
12-16 Min. Toes2Bar/Hanging Knee Raise
16-20 Min. Burpees on a Plate (5 kg)
Score: Reps. Scale weights as needed
