Although you might want to Set yourself some reasonable Personal Goals for 2014 like a sub 3 Min. Fran Time Or 30 unbroken HSPU, whatever Benchmark You Personally want to crush. Chances are pretty Good that if you get better results in Scores Your bodycomposition such as a Loss of Bodyfat Or gain in musclemass will Take Care of itself! Remember, Intensity is your Friend here. It’s Directly corralated to everything you are looking for. Look Leaner, getting stronger, becoming faster… Thanks for an awesome 2013.
