9:00h Welcome and Introduction.
9:15h sharp. HEAT 1

Trainer Warmup 10 Min.

Skill: Clean& Jerk Complex 20 Min.

Competition: (Competitors WOD)

A.  Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean +  Jerk – work to a moderate to heavy weight. 12 Min.
B.  3 x 2 Squat Clean + Jerk – at the same weight as above.  These should be pretty. 8 Min.

Fitness:

A.  Power Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat+ Jerk – work to a moderate to heavy weight. 12 Min.
B.  3 x 2 Power Clean + Jerk – at the same weight as above.  These should be pretty. 8 Min.
