Breaking News:

-Parkplätze! Ab sofort dürft Ihr die Parkplätze der Spar Tiefgarage nutzen. Es stehen uns 20 Parkplätze (gegenüber des Eingangs) zur Verfügung für eine Parkdauer von 90 Minuten pro Kurs. Keine Burpees mehr… Bitte respektiert weiterhin unsere Parkplatz Regelung vorm Gym. Es gibt jetzt eine offizielle Ausweichmöglichkeit mit der Spar Tiefgarage. Vielen Dank für Eure Mithilfe ein gutes Betriebsklima mit unseren Nachbarn zu erhalten! Danke Head Coach Andi

-Open 2014 are in the books. Thank You for an outstanding competition atmosphere in the gym over the last 5 weeks.

If you haven´t already, please sign the Open Posters. May I also please ask the TOP 3 Performers of each Category (male/ female individual, male/female masters, aswell as “Most Improved Athlete” and “Spirit of the CFSBG Open 2014”) to show up Tuesday night after 6pm class for the CrossFit Salzburg Open 2014 Award Ceremony. Nominees will be announced Monday Night on the Blog.

Workouts will be performed every Friday and Saturday at CrossFit Salzburg. aka “FRIDAY IS GAMEDAY”.

Trainer Warmup 10 Min.

Skill: 10 Min of HandStand-/Handstand Walk- Practise. Work in teams.

WOD (30 Min.)

In teams of 2:

10 rounds for time

10 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg

15 box jumps 60/50cm

200m sprint

One person working at a time.
Each person completes a full round.
(This work out is designed as an all out sprint)
Score: Time. Time Cap.: 30 Min. Coaches: If temperature in the morning classes interferes with athletes health sub 20/15 Cal. Row. please. If we run out of Boxes simply use 20kg Plates for the Jumps.)
