Trainer Warmup 10 Min.

Time for another crushing CFKP WOD to prepare you for Champions Day III

15 minutes to find a max of the following complex
3 Deadlifts + 2 Power Cleans + 1 Hang Power Clean
* Barbell must not be dropped during complex for it to count

Then… 20 Minute AMRAP:
10 Burpees
15 Power Cleans (95/65#)
20 Double Unders
Score: Rounds and Reps, Bar cannot be dropped in this Workout, Place it!
