On Wednesday (31.12.2014the day before  New Years Day) we´ll be running a 8am, 9am and 10am class. 

On New Years Day 01.01.2015: gym is closed.

Trainer Warm Up 15 Min.

Strength: 5RM Deadlift (13 Min.)

Warm Up properly then choose a weight for your 5 RM Deadlift. 1 attempt only.

WOD 1: (17 Min.)

Amrap 7 Min of:

15 KB Swings 32/24//24/16kg

30 DUBS//15 Dubs. or 45 Singles

Rest 3 Min.

WOD 2:

Amrap 7 Min of:

9 Power Cleans 61/42,5kg//42,5/30kg (RX+: 70/47,5kg)

9 HSPU or 9 HR Push Ups
