“FRIDAY IS GAMEDAY”

Last Gameday in our “eat clean, train dirty” Challenge. So we want to make sure this is a real dirty one!
Forget Fran, Forget 7 Min. Amrap Burpees… This one will make you feel like those 2 are like playing with your kids (rude kids of course ; ))
By the way our 30 Day “eat clean, train dirty” Challenge comes to an end on Wednesday December 5th.
Measurement will take place that day 5-7 pm.
Messung unserer 30 Tage “eat clean, train dirty” Challenge am Mittwoch 5.er Dezember zwischen 17:00 und 19:00 im Gym.

75 BAR JUMPING BURPEES
75 PULL UPS

You may break the Reps down into any template you want to. All you need to do is complete 75 Reps of each.
(e.g. 15 Rounds of 5/5/5 or 12/11/10…./3 or simply 75/75/75)
So when you are reading this make up your gameplan now and have a good nights sleep; ))
