Competition/Fitness: 61/40//45/30kg

BEASTS: 70/45kg

Dropping Policy: You may drop the final Rep. of each Set. Still try to keep unbroken TnG Reps. for as long as possible. After Round 10 do your beast!

This Death on the minute is capped at 15 Min. ; )

In case that you pass out before time cap. Rest the following round then do EMOM 1 Round of “Cindy” with the remainder.
