Score: Reps. I don´t want you to kill yourself on this WOD. The goal is to get familiar with the movements in a fatigued state. See how many Reps. you get unbroken without asking yourself for too much rest … breathe efficiently, use your hips and midline to create momentum. The deeper you get in this WOD the more efficiently you´ll move.
