Trainer warm Up 15 Min

Skill: Snatch Complex: 1 Snatch High Pull+ 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch (10 Min.)

Competition and Fitness: Warm Up to a heavy and solid Complex with perfect form! (Your choice of Power or squat Snatch). This is not a 1RM Test! This is all about bar path!

Emom x 5: 1 Complex you choose the weight.


EMOM x 21

Minute 1: 5 Hang Snatch 60/40/40/35kg

Minute 2: 15 WallBalls 10/6kg

Minute 3: 10 Toes 2 Bar

Score: Reps completed (224 Reps.) Goal of this session: complete all Reps. unbroken. Cannot drop The bar. You certainly may drop the wall ball ; )
