“SHOCKER OF THE WEEK”

14 Days of “Heilfasten nach Dr. B”. Here is the result. One of our athletes decided to go on a “Fasting Cure by Dr. B” for 14 Days. We weight her in at 64,8kg, 19,9% Bodyfat, 49,3kg Muscles, Visceral Fat Level 2. After retesting 2 weeks later we were shocked. The athlete lost 4,2 kg, which looks like a quite impressing result, right? Wrong. If we take a closer look at the results, it´s a dillusioning fact that all her body got rid of is hard gained muscle. 60,6kg Weight, 20,3% Bodyfat, 45,8kg Muscles and Visceral Fat Level 2. A gain of +0,4 % Bodyfat and a loss of -3,5kg Muscle Mass. Are You kidding me? Can´t wait to see the results of Paleo Challenge VI. Dr. B this is serious misconduct! Feeding no protein and moving long distance at low intensity what outcome do you expect other than burning own muscles. ? You might want to overthink your “Fasting Cure”. Skinny isn´t fit.
