Competition: 20 Min to work up to a 1 Rep. Max OHS*. Same scheme as last week. As soon as you fail your trial is over go back to the last successful weight… After each trial get off your feet into a Handstand and try to stand free for 30 sec. Find a partner to spot you.
Fitness: OHS 3-3-3-3-3-3 work up to a heavy triple. After each triple get into a handstand against the wall for 30 sec.
