Work up to heavy 3 Reps. quickly.

 

A: WOD 

“LYNNE” (20 Min.)

5 Rounds for Max Reps.

BENCH PRESS @ BODYWEIGHT

PULLUPS

Score: Reps.

Fitness: Male: 75%Bodyweight Female: 50% Bodyweight

Perform Max Reps. Bench Press then immediately get on the Pull Up Bar and hit as many Reps as you can. Rest and Start the next round within 4 Min. 8 Bench Press Stations for Teams of 3-4.

then

B: Death on Burpees over Bar. Starting at 3 Reps and increasing by 3 each minute. (10 Min.)

3-6-9-12-15… Burpees over an empty Bar.
