Fitness: Bear Complex 5-5-5-5-5 at moderate weight, work on mechanics.

Partner A does 5 Bear Complex and 12 Over the Bar Burpees then Partner B does 5 Bear Complex and 12 Over the Bar Burpees, A does 4 Bear Complex and 12 Over the Bar Burpees then B does 4 Bear Complex and 12 Over the Bar Burpees. … All the way down to 1.
