If you want to Volunteer as a Team Captain please put a © next to your name on the registration form on the Info Board.
You will be leading your team in this Paleo Challenge. All Members will be put in teams by lottery ; ))
Most improved Team will win the „Shock The Bunnies Surprise“.
There will not be a seminar for this Paleo Challenge. So everybody new to Paleo do your homework!
Yes you will have questions therefor you will have a TeamCaptain and Teammates to help you out!

Measurement: Bodyfat and Foto will be taken this Saturday 9:00-11:00am in the gym. Please bring a € 10,- Fee for that.

If you can´t make it Saturday make sure we will get you measured by hand scale prior to March4. See your Coach!
