If you struggle with fundamental movements of CrossFit like the “Overhead Squat” etc., we highly recommend doing additional flexibility.

We are very pleased having one of Europe´s top female athletes “BEKKI” teach flexibility at CrossFit Salzburg.

Join her classes every monday 19:15-20:00h. Drop In any time this class is continuous. Consistency is key just like in any other area of life and fitness.
