Competition: 3 sets of:  3 Position Clean + Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk – These are not max effort sets.  Work technique and positioning. (Ben Bergeron) No Drops Work in Teams

Fitness: 5 Sets of 3 Power Cleans + 3 Push Jerks.

What do you not like on the first position Clean? a: her hair? b: her shoes? or c: her early arm pull?

I definitely like her positioning and hip extension, though!
