WHO: YOU and every CrossFitter around the World. Scaled and RX Divison. Plus Teens 14-17 years.

WHAT: A worldwide competition. 5 Wods weekly announced.

WHEN: Feb.26th – March 30th.

WHERE: At CrossFit Salzburg. Every Friday: Scaled division. Every Saturday: Rx: Divison  (Registered Athletes need to sign up for their heats.)

Trainer Warm Up 15 Min.

Core Strength: Chin Up Hold/Superman Rock (5 Min.)

5 Rounds of 20sec. on 10sec. off

Quickly warm Up for the weights. (5 Min.)


in teams of 2 only 1 athlete working at a time

10 Rounds for time of:

7 Power Snatch* 61/42,5//42,5/30kg

7 Burpees over Box 50cm 

7 Front Squats* 61/42,5//42,5/30kg

*Scaling Option: 10 KB Swings 24/16kg and KB Goblet Squats

Score: Time, Time Cap: 25 Min.

Dropping Policy: You may drop the last Rep.! Still choose a weight, you can handle unbroken throughout the WOD.

Athlete A: does 7 Snatches, Athlete B: 7 Burpess over Box then A the Front Squats and B the Snatches…

Still, that swedish guy had to be punched in the face for that genius 2nd run. ; )
