Trainer warmup 15 Min.
Skill: Every 2 Minutes for 14 Minutes
100m Run + 5 Weighted C2B Pullups (Weight your Pullups with KBs held with your toes. Any Grip acceptable. Scale the Pull Up to your most difficult progression, so that you can get 3 unbroken Reps at least in Round 1.Progression: C2B Pullup without weight>banded>Ring Row to Chest. No Jump acceptable in this Skill Session!)
Every 2 Minutes for 14 Minutes:
7 Burpees (Jump on 5kg Bumper)
7 Box jumps 24/20″
7 Power Cleans 60/40kg (scale as needed)
Score: e.g. 7/7, if you miss 1 Round, rest that round and jump back in the next round.
