Just delivered our CrossFit Salzburg Christmas Tree plus gifts to a grateful family with 4 kids aged 9,10,11 and 12. Mother L. couldn´t believe why we were giving presents. 2. Power Snatch 40/30kg
3. Thrusters 40/30kg
4. Pull ups
5. Burpee
6. Box jumps 24″/20″
7. Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
8. Push ups
9. Knees to Elbows
10. Wall balls 9/6kg
11. Front Squat 40/30kg
12. Clean & jerk 40/30kg
This workout is performed like the song
First round 1. 20 Dubs
Second round 2. 2 Snatches 1. 20Dubs
Third Round 3. 3 thrusters 2.2 snatches 1. 20Dubs
adding one new movement  each round.
Time Cap: You should be done before Christmas Eve and the handing out of presents. Make your kids happy…
