Competitors: 

1a: Bench Press: 5-5-5-4-3-2-1 work up to a 1RM

1b: after each Press perform 1 strict Muscle Up

Fitness:

1a: Bench Press: 5-5-5-5-5-5

1b: 1 Muscle Up or 3 C2B Pullup or 7 Pull Up Chin over Bar.

12 Min. Amrap

7 Front Squats 60/40 kg

7 Jerks 60/40 kg

Run 100 m Shuttle (50/50)

Fitness:

12 Min. Amrap

7 Front Squats 40/25 kg

7 Jerks 40/25 kg

Run 100m Shuttle (50/50)

Score: Reps. The Run does not Count as a Rep. e.g. 6 Rounds plus 3 Front Squats Score: 87Reps. Cannot drop the Bar in this WOD. Control your load up and down. If you cannot control it it is simply too heavy for your Ego and you need to scale weights.
