Pretty impressing watching the Masters compete. The Top Female Master Maxed a 375lbs. Deadlift in the Deadlift Ladder. RESPECTIVELY a 170.09 kg!!!
While We Stood next to the Athletes tent all of a sudden “Big Mac” Chad Mackay showed up. Having a Little smalltalk with CHAD, he asked how the Box was doing in Salzburg, I offered him to compete in the AUSTRIAN CHAMPIONS DAY 2014. I am pretty sure he’ll Sign Up ; )

Tomorrow Morning we”ll be walking to Hermosa Beach Pier which is a mile North from us to watch The Beach Event.

Skill: Snatch Complex: 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat (12 Min.)

Competition/ Fitness: 12 Min To Work Up to 1 Heavy and solid Complex. Focus on excellent Technique!!! Work in Teams. Cannot Drop The Bar.

No Drops. Do Not exceed Weights, Lifts are supposed To be light and fast! Simply move faster! This is an unbroken Sprint!

If Class is packed Divide Group into TEAMS of 3 and Relay. As soon as Athlete 1 finnishes the 30 Calories Athlete B Jumps on the Rower and chases A through the WOD just like Athete C chases Athlete B. Let the fastest assumed Athlete Start.
