Burgener Warmup 10 Min.

EMOM 10 Minutes:
1 Split Snatch with the remainder of the first 30 sec. ME Push Ups HR. Rest the second 30 seconds of the Minute. Coaching Corner: heavy and excellent, no drops! Control your load on the way down and place the bar gently!

Rest 3 Min.

EMOM 5 Minutes:
1 Clean with the remainder of the first 30 sec. ME Burpees. Rest the second 30 seconds of the Minute. Coaching Corner: heavy and excellent, no drops! Control your load on the way down and place the bar gently!
