8 min. to practise pistols l+r at most difficult progression. from supported by rings to weighted free standing.

“TABATA THIS” (24 Min.)

8 Rounds 20 sec. on 10 sec. off at each Station. There is a 1 Min. transition time between stations.

  • Double Unders/ Singles
  • Pistols
  • Push Ups HR

Score: Reps. of each Station. HS Hold sec. completed. Scale movements as needed.
