We all rememeber last years open wod 1, oh yeah the 7 min. Amrap. Burpees. So let´s prepare for the unpreparable, for whatever CF HQ will throw at us for WOD1.
This is exactly how it goes. Workouts will be announced and Standards explained by video. You will then perform the Wods in the Gym being judged by an authorized judge. Game on!
