For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to chest
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Good mornings, 45 pounds
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders or 150 Singles

Score: Time + 1 second for every missed Rep. 30 Min. Time Cap. Scale Movements as needed to make the 30 Min. Time Cap.

If you don´t see light at the end of the tunnel find a partner and do it as a team WOD or Solo split Reps to 25 for each Round.
